ABOUT

I am Chair and full time regular instructor in the Philosophy Department at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, having completed my PhD at Vanderbilt University in 2022.

I specialize in social and political philosophy and feminist philosophy, with competency in ethics and social epistemology. Drawing on these fields, I am most interested in questions about how identity, knowledge, and power intersect, particularly as it relates to political issues of equality and justice.

My current research focuses on developing a theory of relational egalitarian justice, and thinking about rural identity.​
